I have been having this feeling for quite some time now that we at Sapio are bitting more than we can chew. Simply put, wanting to venture into so many ventures more then we think we are capable at this moment. To venture into new projects is great when we have a strong foundation, and building strong foundation takes time. Basic social and economic change needs to be brought about gradually and the more carefully and thoughtfully it effected, the more permanent it will be. We take up projects at sapio which have a great social and economic value but somewhere I feel we are not concentrationg on building a strong foundation but going too fast for us to even grasp the entire motive and aspect of it all.
