Nothing I can think of You will be tortured and asked for updates at 6pm daily Team leads won't explain you the tasks properly You are left alone to handle all the stuff No one to guide you The Hr will not respond to your e-mails

You cannot hire 200 interns and pay them 0 rs The HR's work is to respond to the emails and listen to each employees concerns but this is so sad that there's no one wjo listens. No professional platform for communication They have made whatsapp group and ask updates on tasks from WhatsApp. Worst thing is you might get a message from your lead at 3am in the morning. So no work life balance for them too and truly unprofessional, unpaid.
