Several (Micromanagement, lack of communication, in-office requirement even when no one is in the office, no dental, vision or 401K, no employee appreciation, no work/life balance - expects employees to work on weekends, travel with less than a weeks notice, and to work on holidays). Have to use personal cell phone with no reimbursement.
