5yThank you for taking the time to reflect on your time with us. Whilst its great to hear that you enjoyed learning from the role and your colleagues its disappointing to hear you didn't enjoy some aspects. As you would expect from a Global business we do work closely with our colleagues in Madrid but our UK colleagues are empowered to speak up and suggest new ways of working, processes etc. We are not sure when you worked with us as for the past 12 months most of our colleagues have been home based and not working in an office, so unless someone is working in an area that is supporting customers outside of 9-5, and they are working a pattern to cover these hours, there is certainly no requirement or expectation that any one should stay longer. Our new starters are trained to be able to carry out their roles and we provide the right technology and equipment to do effectively and safety. Thank you once again for your feedback.
