Pros

- Natural Leads, no cold calling - Unlimited potential revenue - Good base pay and benefits -Relaxed environment I love working here, and plan to work here for a long time.

Kontras

Stressful during peak season. If you are not organized, this might not be the job for you. When I first started, there was constant change in corporate structure, but now under new ownership who have been very supportive through the COVID19 pandemic.

Thank you for your feedback and encouraging comments! During the pandemic, we all had to adapt - rather rapidly - into a new work routine without falling into the pitfall of miscommunication and disconnection amongst the teams, offices and employees in general. We are happy to know that our efforts are paying off. - Group HR

Pros

Pay is competitive. Colleagues are cordial and some are a lot of fun and really good people. Some of them care about doing a great job but others are there collecting a paycheck. The talent is adequate and capable of doing the job.

Kontras

In 2015, there was a change in London (global CEO changed), which brought a new leadership team at the very top of the company. In 2016, we there was a change in leadership in the TX office. This transition has hurt the product and work environment. The new regional CEO is distant and keeps us in the dark about the future. He does speak broadly about what direction we are going towards but with recent changes it is hard to trust what we hear. Management in TX is unorganized and, frankly, in over their heads most of the time which makes our office dysfunctional below the surface. This puts more pressure on the team to overcome their mismanagement performance and carry out the day to day work. Management may not be experienced enough to contribute valuable guidance or they may just not have the skillset required to effectively help. To their credit, they do try to help (although I am not sure how valuable it is in the end). A lot of talented people have left the company since 2016 (some by choice) but somehow the worst stick around. I am not sure how management has come to these decisions and we are never told, so we do not know where we stand.
