Asked about my age and sensitive very private matters on application. - Sales Representative bei Sanofi: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I’m bringing attention to a very disturbing experience I had when I was asked to apply to a position with Sanofi. Before I could submit my online application, I was forced to enter my DOB. This is in clear violation. I have no doubt that I was not called because of my age. There was something even worse: two questions ask potential employees what they’re sexual orientation is. What?! What is it any business of Sanofi to ask these questions?! What does it even matter? The application process was vile and intrusive.
