Pros: Talented and supportive coworkers who are always willing to help. Flexible remote work policy (can work from home up to 3 days a week). Solid benefits package including generous PTO and good health insurance. Leadership is open to feedback — at least in theory.
Kontras
Cons: Promotions and raises are slow and often lack transparency. Workload can get overwhelming, especially during product launches. Middle management often feels disorganized and communication across teams can be spotty. Not a lot of room for innovation; tech stack is a bit outdated.
