Pros

Offers good benefits that provide stability.

Kontras

Compensation remains merely average compared to industry standards. The company prominently advertises abundant growth opportunities, but employees who actively pursue career advancement often find themselves treated as nuisances. The most concerning aspects are the toxic management culture, where local leadership prioritizes tenure over talent for promotions, and the poor work-life balance for sales staff who must travel outstation weekly. This constant travel requirement creates significant strain on personal lives, making it difficult to maintain any consistent schedule outside of work. The disconnect between promised opportunities and the reality of career development, combined with the demanding travel schedule, creates frustration among ambitious employees seeking advancement based on merit.

Pros

Work–life balance is actually respected. Most managers honor boundaries, don’t expect late-night firefighting as the norm, and are fine with you taking time off when you need it. Solid parental leave. The parental leave policy is extremely generous compared to a lot of places in the industry, and leadership is generally supportive of people actually using it. Interesting, challenging work. Plenty of chances to solve real problems, not just busywork. If you’re proactive, you can own projects and grow your skill set. Good benefits package. Healthcare, 401(k), and time off are competitive, and HR does a decent job of making the options clear. Smart coworkers who care. A lot of sharp people who genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and the business, which makes collaboration worthwhile when it works.

Kontras

Communication needs improvement. Priorities and decisions don’t always flow clearly from leadership to the teams doing the work, which leads to confusion and rework. Too many silos. Teams tend to operate in their own lane, and cross-functional collaboration can be painful. Information gets stuck instead of shared.
