I worked at Sandcat for almost 4 years. A great company to work for, you'll meet great people, both colleagues, partners, and clients. My main roles were client support, and programming. The work was challenging, and interesting. The company is run by very smart people. The President is a fantastic guy - very decent, and considerate.

Not enough other programmers to learn from if you are Junior.

The people are great. It is a small company in a good location. If you are competent, you might be able to make your mark and help the company grow.

Company does not seem to have much growth prospects. It is a niche industry with limited opportunity and their progress is so slow.
