It's been a year that I've been writing for SandCup. And I'll be completely honest, there is something new to learn every day. The work and the projects are worth giving it all for, especially if you're fresh in the field and wish to gain more exposure to large scale projects in less time. But the responsibility comes with it. So I've learnt to call the shots better here. A lot of people have come and gone, some leaving a direction, some a mess(and blame the team). The blend of a creative studio vibe and serious top scale work is worth your effort. Give SandCup a go if you're looking for real work and real growth... And if you can handle responsibility in the truest sense.
