Operational processes are very manual and traditional, and management tends to resist change, making it difficult for the company to keep up with modern practices. The culture is not open to speaking up, with a bossy management style that discourages constructive discussion or new ideas. Communication from management is often rude and unprofessional, which sets a poor tone at the top. Unfortunately, this trickles down to employees, creating a workplace culture where respectful and courteous communication is lacking. Advice: If you are used to working in multinational companies (MNCs), you may find it difficult to adapt here.

A very stingy company. Old school style with no flexibility on work from home (although they will say it is allowed during interview). The company also heavily relies on long-serving “aunties,” who often take advantage of their seniority and tend to bully newcomers.
