The work environment was highly stressful with poor work-life balance. Employees were often expected to work long hours, including weekends and sometimes even during leaves. Communication from management, BA and HR lacked professionalism, which created a negative and uncomfortable work atmosphere. There was also a lack of clarity in project requirements, leading to confusion and unnecessary pressure on employee.
