Samson hires truly great people. They live the values - they aren't just corporate mumbo jumbo. People who work at the bottom are just as important and valued as those at the top. The pay is good, work-life balance is fantastic, benefits are amazing, work is interesting, and the business outlook is good.

Any cons are pretty standard. You can always find issue with slow decision making or cumbersome processes, but any cons you experience at Samson are pretty par for the course. It can be hard to advance, as people tend to stay around a long time (because it's such a good place to work). All of the pros outweigh the cons at Samson.
