One of the biggest challenges I faced was the lack of proper training. I was expected to quickly learn new tools and processes without sufficient guidance, which created considerable pressure. The working environment was often discouraging. On several occasions, when I reached out for help or clarification, the response was dismissive and rude. This made it difficult to feel supported in my role, and ultimately affected my ability to perform effectively.
