Small company, high visibility but that can only get you so far. Read the cons.

Company has frequent lay-offs. They put a clause in the employment contracts that basically says they can put you on temporary lay off anytime. And when they do, severance is terrible. This is because the business is just not performing well. Compensation is low compared to industry. Advancement opportunities are rarely given.
