The workload could be better distributed

The culture is great and the company's commitment to EDI is excellent.

Highly siloed departments means lots of wasted effort. Heavy focus on new sales with no real plan on how to deliver once sold. Lots of office politics amongst senior leadership. Work/Life balance is only considered when the company is meeting sales forecast, when they aren't (which is usually) they will expect well above 40 hours a week from you.
