Salient will spare no expense to make you feel comfortable and confident in what your working on by purchasing courses if not available in-house. -Moral and Camaraderie are high. Teamwork as well as knowledge sharing is strongly encouraged and practiced at all times. Management isn't afraid to "get their hands a little dirty" and mentor up and coming developers. -Practice what we sell. Salient is a firm believer that if our product is good enough for our customers than it is good enough for us internally as well. -Compensation is excellent and well above standards in the BPM industry. -Always room for advancement. The only true con that i can honestly think of is Health Care cost which is largely due to recent gov't regulations and no fault to the company them self.
