There are some great people in this company, lots of freedom, a relaxed working environment, 100% remote possibility, big parties & possibility to see a lot of different industries/solutions.
Kontras
Pay is middle of the road. Lots of juniors & inexperienced people lead to quality issues in projects. Promotions seem to happen on years spent, not quality delivered. Lackluster handover between sales and implementation. Growth & acquisitions happen more quickly than integration of new colleagues.
