If you're a simple guy then your managers will squeeze every ounce of sweat to make you work (even on weekends). 5) CTO and CEO is blinded by AI, they don't understand how and why it works. They believe they can replace employees by AI completely and everything can be done by Ai. They try to justify that a week's work can be done in an hour by using Ai and they force employees to work on very tight deadlines in the name of "With Ai you can do it in no time". (not expected from a CTO who should have a good understanding on Ai agents and all)
