As a new BDR, I’ve been really impressed with the level of engagement from senior leadership. Recently, management organized a session that included leaders from the Atlanta office to connect with the team in Canada. They created an open forum to ask how we’re doing, what we enjoy most about working here, and what we would like to see improved.
What stood out was how consistently people highlighted the culture and the people in Canada as a major strength. It’s a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment. I also really appreciated our MD taking the time to listen and ask for honest feedback — it shows that leadership truly cares about the employee experience.
It’s a great example of a company that is not just talking about culture, but actively investing in it.
