Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and competent; management is very understanding and flexible so long as you keep them appraised of your situation; I got a straightforward and fair yearly evaluation and an annual raise. They also permit remote work — and in fact did so before COVID made it common — and offer a 5% 401k match.
