Unfortunately, with all the PROs, the company is much smaller than other carriers so the pay will reflect such.
Don't expect templates or play-by-plays on how to do a claim if you are brand new.
If you are exp adjuster and know how to handle a claim from inception to settlement all the way up to Injury you will be good.
Not newbie friendly, I recommend to wait atleast 1 year of adjusting before applying.
