In 2.75 years, I've gone from entry level to practically running the cash office. The head Bookkeeper hasn't worked in the cash office for a year and has been out on leave for over 3 months. I am the only person fully trained on the new bookkeeping/cash system with all of the stress and responsibilities that entails. I have had no raise in 2 years so I am basically making the money that new recruits make, often less. I've discussed this with two managers and the union representative to no avail. The stress level is ridiculous.
