Good benefits if you get the minimum hours required consistently to qualify, "old timer" employees are great to work with, they're union

Inconsistent hours, have to be willing to work weekends and most holidays, new hires that don't care about the company, like the people who have been there 10+ years get more hours cause a lot of them are young and don't have a family yet so have more schedule flexibility, management can be good but corporate bs wears on them over time, management unappreciated by corporate, all employees unappreciated by management, no company appreciation events EVER
