Flexibility with the opportunity to learn multiple roles. Opportunity for growth within the company. Company hires with for leadership positions, which encourages company loyalty. Union benefits. Weekly pay.

Kontras

Disorganized management, scheduling and inefficient/ little to no training. Low employee morale. Lack of team bonding atmosphere and sense of community. Only able to get a full time position as a manager or leadership role. Company doesn't pay their employees very well and doesn't provide opportunities for bonus pay or overtime. Lack of consistency with scheduling, only able to see your schedule up to a week in advance.

Kontras

When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
