      Made great friends there. Got to help many customers during the pandemic.

      Management will harass you and they are control freaks. Had to skip breaks and lunches constantly and got in trouble when I did. Personal shopper department was a huge mess. Schedule was extremely disorganized, I would go from 40 hours to 8 hours a week. Union constantly had to be called.

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Kontras

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
