      -Stable -Predictable -Same clientele, get to know patients

      Kontras

      -Upper management just demands more scripts, more shots, more sales etc every year. -Started promoting flu shot in July this year -Marketing is inconsistent with product (ex keep having to advertise shingrix when it's back ordered) -Have to cut inventory short so customers have to wait a business day to order most things

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Kontras

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
