Not worth it - Controller/Bookkeeper bei Safeway: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They expect you to babysit adults and act like a front end manager while you are expected to get the bookkeeping completely done before customer service opens each morning, also while answering phones. Didn't want to pay more than journeyman to be the lead bookkeeper when I was already making that as a backup. No incentive to move forward.
