There seems to be a bias - Pro Hispanic - staff in speak in Spanish on occasion in the limited space break room which is unprofessional and rude.
Some employees are allowed to change their schedules while other are not .
Unprofessional team lead- do not mentor new employers, are not approachable and do not answer questions unless to ask them repeatedly.
