The company has annual sales kickoffs which are located at different parts of the world. The expenses are paid for by the company such as flight, and hotel. Definitely feel the stability of the company, SafeNet is a recognized leader of Software Licensing, revenue is constantly being attained at a high rate. Café located in downstairs lobby.

Really was thrown to the fishes in terms of learning the product. Training wasn’t all that great as I had to watch webinars as a primary source of product knowledge information. My boss who was the leader of Sales on the West Coast took a sabbatical randomly at the end of December. This in turn decreased the visibility of my performance of work to the new manager which was located at HQ in Maryland. This led to my position being eliminated on the West Coast. The office was kind of disorganized as the West Coast office only had no leadership, with 3 new sales people.
