Great Company - Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) bei Safe Express: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There are no pros to working for this "company". No benefits, low pay and constant turnover. Hours were ok, but changed at a days notice.

I was hired for a line haul route that I did faithfully for 13mos. Never late, no missed days. Called me on a Monday morning to inform me no more line hauls. They had contracted out to O/O and gave company drivers no notice. Only option was to move to another account requiring dock work, load your own truck and changed hours. No pay change. They make drivers feel like they are doing you a favor to work there. Worst employment I've ever had.

NONE. BEWARE. NONE!!! There are no Pro's.

Hmmmm, where do I start......Let me say they don't even drug test new hires. At least when I worked there they didnt....Walk in the door that morning and start driving that night. Not even a background check.....After talking with other drivers not one had a pre-hire drug test...One of the absolute worst outfits I've ever worked for!!! That alone should tell a person to stay away. I bet Napa would love to know how full of crap they are.......no benefits, trucks are garbage etc....I could go on but I want.
