I’ve worked with safe 2 save for a couple months now. The new interim CEO is doing a great job of leading in a new direction. I’m excited to be part of the new growth.

Still starting up state operations to prove state wide acceptance of the service.

Overall mission minded marketing is the main reason anyone works here. The reward is feeling like you are making a difference in culture regarding texting/distracted driving. Team players worked together well and teamwork & creativity of employees was often celebrated.

Lack of budget. Start ups lack capital which equals lower salary and hourly pay. Oftentimes there is mismanagement and lack of true clarity with a scaleable plan the team can follow. When there is a true plan management has in place, the owners question everything. Constant last minute demands of owner/manager make frustrated employees. ASK lots of questions in the interview. Especially why they have high turnover!!! Also ask why they laid off staff in the fall of 2019 & 2020.
