1. Small team with flattish hierarchy leading to a good exposure even to junior members of the team. 2. Opportunities to work independently on transactions and pursue new themes and ideas 3. Fairly good involvement with portfolio companies, board meeting participation etc 4. Very strong analytical rigour during diligence of a new transaction 5. Compensation at par with PE funds of a similar tier.

1. Too much desk-research driven analytical rigour at times. This can we substituted with other activities (discussed below)

Good place to work with lot of scope for learning, has a strong brand esp. in fintech and health-tech ecosystem that allows strong deal flow.

Team is a little introvert and inward looking.
