constant fear of lay offs. long working hours between few time zones. Conference calls at crazy 6:00am to 11:00pm due to offices located in India and Asia. Work from home used to be a norm but it is not anymore. The employment is uncertain, people are tired of constant organizational changes, new business models and new upper management that make more that some departments. People really don't like their CEO and have no faith in top management.
