Many people are good people with much experience and industry knowledge . Many of these people have moved into their positions thru on the job training and experience.
Kontras
Too many layoffs and the stress and worry resulting from that .... also you do not get time or training to learn new technology and tools ... so when you get laidoff your skills are out of date !
