Pros
It's a great place to learn the travel business and pick up on current technology experience. Pay and benefits are decent. If you're in marketing or product management, it can be fun but lots of work hours.
Kontras
A new regime of executive technical management doesn't know what innovation is, and you can expect a continual downward spin until they are replaced. Lost it's equality with Google, Yahoo, and Amazon a few year back when they came in and all the best talent left. Flex-cubes and sharing Flex-cubes is a joke. Demand to work from home. They really don't know what technical talent is. They are more of the "yes man" type of company.
