As a small and fairly new company there's occasionally some uncertainty and last minute changes to adapt to. Like in any start up, you need to be flexible in your role and be ready to help the rest of the team out.

There is an openness in the product team for people to try new things. I never feel like I'm stepping on toes. Great friendly culture. Everybody likes to challenge ideas and figure out how to simplify what we're doing.

Only the usual downsides of a small company - everybody needs to do pitch in for the odd mundane task.
