- BAD SDM - does not care about employees - Uniform is shouldered by the employee (If you resign in less than a year, they'll deduct the uniform expense from your last pay] - On days of typhoon when we are unable to go to work, we are required to take a selfie in the flood just to be approved for a paid leave ( NO SELFIE = Leave without pay ] - Pay is incredibly low for entry level positions not even reaching 20k - PTO Leaves are even lower - SDM does not care about his people. Total lack of compassion and grace.
