The people in this company are always disagreeing between departments. There is power harassment from long-time employees, and nobody in the company can do anything about it. Even recruiters admitted it when I brought it up. I felt that communication was not efficient either. Also, the benefits aren’t great — you only get five vacation days if you didn’t join at the beginning of the year. Too much of the old Japanese working culture there.
