The facility does not have any system in place to prevent trailers from being pulled out while being loaded. In the last 3 weeks that I worked there, they had 3 near misses of jacks falling off of the dock due to trailers pulling out. AND NO ONE CARED!? Like, come on dudes. That's someones life.
