I have worked for much smaller and much larger cos. It is rare to find a co as diversified as SWM that delivers double digit growth in nearly every segment. Usually, there is some part of a business that is highly under-performing and being carried by other parts of the business - this is not the case at SWM. Another positive is the global nature of the business - many cross training opportunities as an employee to move from one business to the next or one function to another. Lastly, as SWM has acquired several different businesses into the portfolio, there is plenty of opportunity for employees to shine and help further integrate and align these businesses.

The downside of many acquisitions is that not everything is fully integrated and it's not always easy to find and synthesize data. If you aren't willing to do real work, this is not the place for you.
