Work life balance with flexible working hour and choice to work from home 3 days a week

Kontras

Uncertain leadership and company directions. Lack career growth opportunity at KL Malaysia as compared to our Europe counterpart, which translate to low increment and salary growth. Mandatory to work at office at least 2 days a week. Management have the preference to hire externally rather than promoting internally. Internal talent have stagnant growth opportunities except a few that are beyond exceptional.

Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
