      Good benefits and a place to get your career started after college. Training is a required objective of at least five days per year.

      Kontras

      Once you have 10+ years of experience the only place for advancement is management. The technologies are rather dated and very much risk adverse.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
