No cons to say, was only a part-time job while I was in college.

I love teaching here, it's all about the students. I love part time teaching roles with SUNY because of the tuition, healthcare, retirement, and union benefits. I am not required to participate in other meetings or engage in the politics unless I want to. This has been a lovely situation for me, and I really do love these students.

Realistically, there are no cons at this point for me. There are many benefits for me here, and I really enjoy it.
