Management covers each others back to save face - Research and Development Lab Manager bei STgenetics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No work/life balance. Comments made around work environment are racist and demeaning. Brought it up to management and HR department and HR lady says "Is there something you want me to do about it?" Very very unprofessional. Owner of the company approves of manager to treat people like trash because they went to college together and will cover each other up even though his activities are illegal. Would never recommend anyone to work here, not even my worst enemies.
