They do not practice what they preach. They claim that they are all about culture and the people, but the second that something doesn't go how they want it to go, everything changes. Changes are made for the sake of changing. Ideas are implemented and then before they can see if it works, they change it again. It makes it incredibly hard to keep up with current processes or targets. Inequality is coursing through the veins of the company. The benefits are quite often different depending on who you are. You are told that it's 2 days working from home but turns out that is a complete lie. Some people are 3 or 4 days at home while some are begrudgingly given 1 day. This isn't comparing people from different parts of the business. It's comparing people on the same team. Some people have to complete a 6-month probation to get the benefits, while some get them immediately! Horrendous culture Employees have been treated horrifically by other members of staff, they have been bullied, harassed and embarrassed in front of colleagues. Worst of all, this is from HR and management! It's all for show. They will talk about, and advertise that they do lots of things for the employees, which they do. However, this is all for show. They do not do anything out of the kindness of their heart. They view everything as a marketing opportunity and a way to show off how much money they have.
