- Good medical , dental benefits - So called good work life balance but not a satisfactory work culture

- Recently top level management introduced flexi working culture such a WFH & non clocking in systems but it is not followed as what is supposed to have the flexi hours instead according to the department managers rules - HODs and managers don't have passion or self-respect for the job or the position they own. Always rely on other department or they believe their job is dependent on other departments - Communication skills or managerial behaviors need to be improved a lot - No Progressive mindset or visionary thinking for the managers including HR department
