A big company that allows to learn many things. Possibility to view many different aspects of products development, production and managment. Possibility of internal job posting to change type of job without changing company.

Too little meritocratic, the results are not rewarded in the correct way. Too many roles that are not needed and brake instead of accelerate the work.
