great work-life balance. Quite a few in-house an other training enables learning but one need to be self-motivated and disciplined as plenty of scope to get complacent and eventually a redundant piece in huge setup.
Kontras
Mediocre and risk avoiding work culture. Lack of quality check-points leave a huge gap in technical deliverable. Quite a big percent of work-force are 10-15 yrs ST-experience in lower-middle tier management which avoid riskier project and happy to live in cocooned environment.
