Pros

Supportive Management and environment, ability to move to other roles and Job shadow other departments. Can work remote once 85% adherence is met on a consistent basis for several months in a row in the office.

Kontras

High Stress, constantly need to meet adherence goals and performance metrics. Verification and attention to detail is extremely important, you cannot mess up can lead to immediate termination. System Challenges, outdated and slow can be frustrating as well as phones, system outages. Can slow down ability to provide excellent service and so a lot of people just don't. Pressure to perform, the focus on metrics and adherence to always perform at a high level everyday can be exhausting. Strict adherence to schedule can limit flexibility, VERY rigid work experience.

Great people, great quality, career development, and good benefits

Kontras

No high deductible health insurance plan offered (i.e. no HSA) and the FSA provider is pretty annoying to work with
